Social Entrepreneurship

Hi, This is Shahina, presently I’m under training on “Social Entrepreneurship” launched by “Deshpande Foundation”, Hubli, began from 23^rd July 2008 and going to end on 23^rd December 2008. I’m here since two months and I have undergone several experiences of village stay, doing Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Entrepreneurship Motivational Training, Effective Communication, Down to earth with farmers (visiting agricultural field), interaction with NGO representatives working in ‘Sandbox’ (5 districts of Northern Karnataka) areas in collaboration with Deshpande Foundation.

We are the team of 22 fellows (current), we have also taken initiative to give some time for several other activities like photo exhibition during Independence Day celebration, sanitation approach at Nrupatunga hill which adjacent to Unkal Railway station.
